Mercedes ML W163 Tow Hitch Installation Warning
Hello everyone, I have made this short video to make you aware of the dangers of not fitting a tow hitch properly . You must have a strengthening kit as well as the hitch itself. Otherwise your rear bumper may just rip off when towing your caravan, boat or trailer .

An Evinrude E-Tec 50 HP Outboard Engine for free !

David does a deal on 3 outboards and ends up with an Evinrude E-Tec for free. It's a non runner but that doesn't put David off. He starts right away and orders a manual and a diagnostics lead . First job is to release the tilt mechanism so the engine can be lowered . Manually lowering the engine tilt can be done by undoing a screw in the pump. Unfortunately nobody told David about the circlip ....
JVC Everio R Camcorder Problems-The Last Straw

The new camcorder develops another problem. The touch screen stops working, meaning the camcorder is useless .. David will be returning it to the shop.

They are the perfect choice for a stealth camper project as you cannot see them when they are closed because they are a flush fit. Lockdown rules in the UK are relaxed , so Dave takes the opportunity to get back in the water . An easy dive out of Fowey in Cornwall. Just setting up kit and getting back into the routine . It has not got very good footage underwater , so sorry about that . Next time we should be better set up . Thanks for watching We did not break any lockdown rules during this trip .

3.3 ohm resister needs plugging in before turning the engine on when swapping seats. Easy fix 5 quid

Thank you for this! Just done the seat conversion myself this morning and couldn't find a great deal of info on the SRS light apart from people recommending cheap Chinese resisters on eBay.

Just weld a pair up use the permanent inflated wheelbarrow wheels work perfect for this job when the balance is right you can push over soft sand no problem just turn them upside down when in the water bingo, I’m driving back next week for the summer!
When I use this method with small boats use transom wheels and one in the boat one searching easier to de rig at surface and boat acts as safety cover in shallow water.
have you seen how much those transom wheels are :-)

Hi there, I emailed the council dispute a ticket email , including this video and after 2 days I got a reply saying thank you for bringing the error in the sign to our attention. It's now been changed and you will not be prosecuted for the ticket . Yeppee . I'll be making a follow up vid soon . Thanks for your interest and comment :-)

Yes, the power of video is amazing. No forms to fill in, no long explanation , just put the ticket number and my registration and a link to the video ! . The video obviously explained it better than I could have in an email or letter. You never know, they might become subscribers to the Treasure Divers channel LOL

I’ve always had a small outboard as a safety measure on my small boats, bit like no spare tyre in the van always get a puncture! Sod’s law! But alls well and all that cheers.
